French Onion Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 packet French Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • To serve: You can serve this dip cold and enjoy immediately.
    Or you can heat at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until heated through.

Notes

I like to hollow out a round loaf of bread and serve the dip in that. Remove the bread carefully so that you can cube it and use it as dippers.
If you heat the dip in the bread bowl, cover the outside of the bread loaf in foil so that it doesn't get hard in the oven.
